Details

Build 2001-06-01-04, Win2k sp2 Behavior: After clicking the down-arrow on the URL bar to generate a drop-down list of previously-typed URLs, the scroll bar does not have its drag-to-scroll capabilities. Clicking outside the bar still functions like a page up/down, however. Expected: Dragging the scroll bar should scroll the drop-down list. Other: This functionality is correct for form drop-downs.
I'm actually seeing more to the problem which should help. There seems to be a delay in the drag, as if the scrollbars position were higher than it should be. In other words, if I drag the scroll bar down, I don't get movement at first. But if I keep going, I finally start to get movement. It may be that the distance between the top and the center of the scrollbar is the magical lag distance I'm seeing.
