Details

The page/message that says "This plugin in disabled.  Manage plugins..." should
say WHICH plugin is disabled (e.g., the user knows, and doesn't have to guess, which
disabled plugin SeaMonkey is referring to). 

Also, assuming that plugins are associated with media types, both that message 
and the entries for plugins in the Add-ons manager should report the media
type involved.
