I filed bug 839265 over 30 minutes ago, and I have yet to receive any bugmail for it. I've filed another bug since then, and I *did* receive bugmail for that one. (almost instantly, as usual) So I don't think it's a throttling issue -- I think there's something wonky going on here. (I'm reporting this as a bug in b.m.o. for now; feel free to reclassify as-appropriate)

Sorry for the delay. There is an issue that is introduced by bug 836213 that is causing some email to be backed up. I have filed bug 839282 to ask for a BMO code push to address this issue by disabling the feature temporarily. Hopefully won't be long. dkl

The missing bugmail just now arrived, FWIW. Hence, resolving as WORKSFORME (but feel free to adjust the resolution and/or reopen if appropriate).
