Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. to go preferences->privacy and Security->Certificates->Manage Cerificates. 2. click on restore. 3. walk through the dialogs. No where will the dialogs give you the option of importing into a smart card. Actual Results: Imports into the database. Expected Results: The option to import into a smart card. you must have a smart card installed for the dialog option to show up normally. Currently it never shows up even with the dialog installed.
