Actual Results: The message wraps at the old number of chars. Rewrap does nothing. Expected Results: The message wraps at the new number. Rewrap wraps old text to new width. I often send messages to robots with line based commands (wrapping confuses them), and to people (who get mad if a message isn't wrapped).

This bug is not a duplicate of Bug 83378. That bug only concerns replys, this one happens if the message is created with "New Msg" (but it also affects replys).Also text that is not wrapped because of Bug 83378 can be fixed by rewrap, which is not the case with this one. I'm pretty sure 4.7 has the expected behavior for this bug.

An year and a half and this bug is still kicking, just found that. Mozilla 1.2.1 on Linux.
