In bug 792036, I made the test suite agnostic to the existence of Components in content scopes. Afterwards, we decided to console-warn and wait a little bit before pulling the trigger on |Components|. In the past 6 months, a scattering of other Components-in-content instances have sprung up in the test suite. Let's kill them and then kill Components-in-content for good.
