Steps to Reproduce:
1. Perform 5 downloads of your choice
2. Open the Downloads Panel
Actual Results:
Only 3 downloads are displayed in the Downloads Panel
Expected Results:
Each download is displayed in the Downloads Panel. See Moztrap testcase #6242 for details.

PS: the MozTrap testcase is very likely outdated, it should show 3 downloads as of now, not any more.
