On the left of http://www.clinko.com is a quote. If you mouse-over it, the table grows. Oddly enough, it seems to only grow if you mouse over the bottom cell. Other areas seem not to be as succeptable to this bug. If you go up through the bottom all the way through the top you'll get it 95% of the time.

The horizontal rule drools. Waving your mouse over it slowly makes it duplicate itself. Editing the text to be shorter than one line seems to make the problem go away, and that almost makes sense. Note this is not a table bug. but I lack the godlike powers to change it.
