We are badly lacking watchpoint support for typed arrays.  The idea is to set a watchpoint on index i of a typed array and get a breakpoint every time that we write to that index.

Future extensions to this idea could be read watchpoints and support for watchpoint for other js values.
We'll need to get the basic watchpoint support done first.
