We currently have four browser-element tests disabled on Linux, as a result of bug 779753:

  test_browserElement_oop_SendEvent.html
  test_browserElement_oop_SetVisible.html
  test_browserElement_oop_SetVisibleFrames.html
  test_browserElement_oop_SetVisibleFrames2.html

Since we're not running these tests on B2G, desktop Linux is the closest thing we have to the production environment, and I think it should be a priority to get these tests back up and running.  In the past when we've investigated random-orange browser-element tests, we've discovered real race conditions.

We can fix all four tests in this one bug, or we can fix them in separate bugs.

Move all DOM bugs that haven’t been updated in more than 3 years and has no one currently assigned to P5.
