In which case, the theme switching mechanism might not have any effect, and floating scrollbars can be turned on permanently ?

The SideMenuWidget should be themable.

Is this bug still valid after all the theming of SideMenuWidget we've done?

It's still valid, because you can get a scrollbar in the sources list, which makes each item's arrow look out of place.

Yeah, but light theme nowhere else uses scrollbars. This is not so much important to be an exception, given that (for now) dark theme is the default.
