STR:
1. Install any lightweight theme, for instance https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/a-lovely-little-ladybug/
2. Hover over the Previous button border. There are small darker rectangles appearing in the button.

It's applicable to 19.0, 20.0b4, Aurora and Nightly.

It doesn't happen with HW acceleration turn off or Azure disabled. Maybe another side effect of MS KB2670838.

Seems closely related to bug 851764, and maybe also related to bug 894542 and bug 901336, which all seem to be graphical issues with rounded borders with Intel graphics with Device ID 0x24a2.
