In netscape (4.7x) it's nicely populated, but in mozilla I can't see anything. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Just open the url 2. 3.
I see this on Win2k 0.9.1 release
I look at source of the page and I see <option value="+32" />Belgiem (+32) so the bug is a dup of bug 84939

hmmm, if it is invalid HTML I think that it should not be a dup simply change component to evangelism so that owner of that component can contact the webmaster (for instance all [LAYER] bugs are independant they don't depend on a single "invalid cause LAYER" bug)
