On several occassions today, I have viewed and entered bugs in bugzilla,
scrolled up, and found that empty areas of select lists are painted with other
areas of the page display.
For example, on one occasion I viewed a bug with one CC, scrolled up, and found
the area of the page which contained the radio buttons to determine action of a
bug (leave unconfirmed, mark new, etc.) was painted in the blank area of the CC
selection widget.
The next time I see this, I shall attach a screenshot of the problem. I do not
remember seeing this until yesterday's tip builds.

This is easy to reproduce:
Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85019
Scroll down
Scroll up (slowly)
Bang.
Attaching two screenshots. The first was a scroll-up slowly, the second the
result of moving another window over the top of the select widget to force an
invalidation of the display which actually results in a grey area.

Go to any bugzilla bug which has, say, one cc. Scroll down such that form area
is not visible. Scroll back up, slowly exposing the cc list box. You'll find a
random (totally random, afaict) part of Mozilla's window partially painted in
the area of the select list widget that doesn't have an item (in the case of 1
cc, the middle and bottom half).
I can reproduce it every single time. Maybe it's just a Linux bug. I'm adding
nobody@mozilla.org to the cc's, so that you can demonstrate the bug in this very
report.

Yep, right underneath the 'nobody@mozilla.org' entry in the cc's list, I've got
random parts of the page being painted inside the widget. Right now I can see
the widget I'm typing in, with the words, "Yep, right unde" and the top-left
frame of the textarea widget. If I scroll down and back up another timI
additionally get the text, "QA Contact" above the "Yep, right unde" part of the
bad draw. And again, this time I've got "Product:", and again, this time
"Status\n\nKeywords" (line breaks I added).
