We need two repositories:
hg.m.o:releases/mozilla-b2g18_v1_1_0
hg.m.o:integration/gaia-1_1_0
mozilla-b2g18_v1_1_0 should be configured the same as mozilla-b2g18 in terms of permissions and hooks
gaia-1_1_0 should be configured the same as gaia-v1-train in terms of permissions and hooks.
Filing in RelEng first to make sure the names are correct. Send over to IT once we're ready to have the repos created.

Names look good. As point of process, we'll also need a bug for all the vcs-sync work needed to:
- populate hg.m.o:integration/gaia-1_1_0 from git.m.o:releases/gaia.git v1.1.0 branch
- populate git.m.o:releases/gecko.git v1.1.0 branch from hg.m.o:releases/mozilla-b2g18_v1_1_0

Kendall - my apologies - I left out some key information, so reopening to confirm it was set up properly.
For: releases/mozilla-b2g18_v1_1_0
- world readable permissions
- writable by scm level 3 only
- normal hooks (same as other releases/mozilla-b2g18*)
For: integration/gaia-1_1_0
- world readable
- writeable only by user vcs-sync@m.c
- same hooks as ingegration/gaia-1_0_1

Aha, gaia-1_1_0 was mistakenly set to writable by scm_level_3; fixed. All other attributes match up. Feel free to re-re-open if you find that I've missed something, though.
