We have had a few users complain of being unable to hear the Mics in LON1 comms, we would like the ability to adjust the microphone volume. We have tried using the panel but it seems like it doesn't work correctly.

A "Boost" control has been added to the volume control for the room. This will let you turn up the room past the point where it rings when empty. Boost is reset to zero each time the room is turned off.

Ryan, How is the "Boost" control working. Can you get enough volume now.

Not without feedback. We should look into solutions for the feedback.

Ryan, Went to the Clear One class last week. Zandr and I will make a pass through the config to see what we can find.

The speaker above the podium should be disabled the next time a tech from AVM visits. The ClearOne PAG/NAG calculator estimates that doing that will give us nearly 3db of additional margin.
