Andy - is this something that can be resolved or disabled server side?

I've checked sharing feature (via Facebook, Twitter, Google Bookmarks, Meneame and VKontakte) in the HERE Maps from the Marketplace on Unagi device (build id: 20130322070202) and everything works fine (all the related interfaces are opened properly in the browser).

What about sharing feature with sms? I tried a lot times, but it still not work.

I've checked sharing via SMS feature in the HERE Maps from the Marketplace (version 1.8.55) on Unagi device (build id: 20130404070202) and SMS was sent successfully. Could you provide more details what exactly doesn't work for you? Screenshots are also very welcome.

System is YJ115410. The main problem is : I use the share function to share a location with sms to the other phone. After I press the send button, the screen display "Message has send successfully". However, the other phone didn't receive any messages at all.

Thanks for your response. Seems to be a problem with our SMS service. I've already escalated this issue and I'll keep you updated.

Issue with SMS service on Nokia side is fixed now. Could you please recheck it?

Could you provide few more details like: - screenshot from the phone with all the fields filled in on "Share via SMS" page or at least full phone number you are entering into the first input field (you can exchange last 2-3 digits with X) - name of the mobile network operator - the name of your country - the version of HERE Maps app (you can find it on "About" page) Could you also try to send same SMS via "Messages" application from your device (of course using the same number)? It 's very difficult to share a messages. I nearly tried a handred times. Even it shows I have successfully send a sms to the other phone, but the other phone still cannot receive any message at all. Here map Used on FF OS Phone, parameters I have told you. The other phone is a sony android phone. Chinese,china mobile.

I have test the here map with ff os phone on v116. It still not work.

Hello, Version 1.8.44 is a very old version. 1.8.58 is the latest version. If the version on your phone is not updating correctly, you may need to make a checkout of gaia, delete m.here.com from external-apps, run make reset-gaia, and install here maps from the marketplace. Note that this will wipe all information on the phone as well, so be careful.

I am in China.And someone who I want to share my maps is also Chinese user.However when I add 86/91/9186 or nothing front cellphone it always display successfully,and the opposite side do not receive the message.

Could you please share few more details like: - phone number - mobile operator - message content - time of the sharing via SMS Thank you!

It seems that the issue with sharing via sms may be specific to a certain carrier. Can QA test to see if it works on a different carrier? (I would test myself but I don't have a working sim at the moment)

So far this delivery issue seems to happen only for some carriers in China (recipient's carrier), in Europe I can't reproduce it (SMS is always delivered).
