DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
[Here Maps]No setting prompt pop up when GPS disable
REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
1.Disable GPS;
2.Enter to HereMaps,there no any location setting prompt to users, it's not convenient to user;->K.O
PS:v110,v113 are no this prompt.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
2.It should prompt user enable GPS.

I'm not even sure what's suggested here is feasible. Maps isn't a certified app, so allowing modification of a GPS setting within the app even via prompt probably isn't possible.
I'll wait for one of the Nokia guys to comment here, but I think this is a WONTFIX.

I really would not know how to distinguish from within the Maps app whether the user disabled GPS or whether the user simply does not have a GPS fix at that very moment.
It might be possible to do this generically from the OS for all applications that are requesting access to the geolocation api, but nothing we can do from the app side.

Okay, sounds like this is a general system issue then. This is a new feature, FWIW.
No longer blocks: b2g-maps

I agree with you,but now there is no any changes.I want to know how could you fix this issue?
