After bug 716140, we occasionally get an assertion "###!!! ASSERTION: More UnblockOnload() calls than BlockOnload() calls; dropping call", but only on Linux debug test slaves. I've marked the assertion as being expected, but we should figure out why it's happening.

I'm pretty sure that bug 910441 has made this impossible. Let's remove the expected assertion annotation.
