Details

Upon opening the file selection window under OS X in order to upload a file.

An unresponsive script notice appeared. (it's not caused by the file window, just coincidence)
The file selection window holds focus and can't be closed since only the script alert has usable buttons. (but they can't be reached because the file selection window can't leave focus)
The only way to fix it is to force quit the program.

A possible hotfix would be to add an option to auto-kill unresponsive scripts.
