After bug 854811 lands, we should report that time for every known activity.
Maybe we can just parse the manifests, detect all activities and launch them.

We discussed this IRL. Let me outline an approach to do that:
1. Create a dev_app that has 4 buttons that each start a different activity.
2. Write a performance test that click on one button and wait for a "activity is loaded" event. Iterate that test on each button.
3. Iron this performance test so that it works well with those 4 activities.
4. Send a mail to dev.gaia or open bugs for each application to invite developers to add a button for each activity they support.
5. Profit!
