Float it right. Or something.
When viewing a single theme the "Flagged" link is confusing: http://f.cl.ly/items/0F391u3Z3t1K2G3x1i3J/Screen%20Shot%202013-03-28%20at%2012.50.25%20PM.png If we had a separate tabbed navigation to go between Pending Queue and Flagged Queue this would probably look fine.
