Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; rv:22.0) Gecko/20130329 Firefox/22.0
1. Click the Nightly Metro tile in Windows Start to launch the browser.
2. Go to settings.
3. Activate "Always show tabs"
4. Load any page (e.g. www.mozilla.org)
Actual result: no progress bar displayed.
Note: When opening a new tab the progress bar *is* displayed for a fraction of a second.
