Steps to reproduce: 1. Load Create a New Theme page https://addons-dev.allizom.org/ro/developers/theme/submit 2. Select a header image for your theme but do not complete any field. 3. Click the Submit Theme button. 4. Scroll on the page. Expected results: "Please fill out this field" error is displayed for the mandatory empty fields. The error remains fixed when the page is scrolled. Actual results: "Please fill out this field" error does not remain fixed if the page is scrolled. Notes/Issues: Verified on FF19 (Win 7). Does this occur in a stable version of Firefox for you? I cannot reproduce in Firefox 19 nor Firefox 20. I'm assuming this is a Nightly issue. We do not write the code that handles HTML5 form validation - that is all handled by the browser. Let me know, and I can close this as such - if a Nightly bug does not exist for this already, I would file one with the exact STR.
