The `installed` field must be a list of installed app objects rather than a list of URLs to app resources.

Where is this data being used? I would really, really like to make this a seperate request and not include it in the users data.

On the My Apps page, which is merged with the settings page in the new mocks.

So this isn't the home page or commonly trafficked page. Two requests won't kill us here.

I don't care if it's in the same request as the settings output, but there's currently no list which contains app objects for the currently installed list of apps (to the best of my knowledge). This bug is to implement that.
