Once bug 842657 lands, we want to shake out the CSP 1.0 parser in desktop Firefox for a couple of weeks and then flip the pref to also turn it on for Fennec.

This landed in Fx 23 (Aurora) on 5/28 - see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=842657#c25
Pending a green try run, we'd like to get CSP 1.0 support in Fennec too !

clarification : the CSP 1.0 parser was turned on for desktop via flipping this pref on 5/28 . CSP 1.0 support landed some time ago, what we really need to do is enable it in Fennec if Try looks good.
