Details

The content of /fx will change as part of the fx family redesign. Once content is determined, revisit /firefox and other redirect logic to ensure we are sending users who want to download to the correct locations

This bug seems to relate to firefox product pages on www.mozilla.org that have not existed for some time. Closing INVALID, but open up again if closed in error.
