Test Pilot is using "mouseenter" and "mouseleave" via jQuery. I'm not familiar with jQuery. So, if the code doesn't actually use them, there is no problem. But if not so, the code makes damage to performance on the document.
Basically, chrome script shouldn't use their event listeners for performance.
