Details

When a reviewer views a theme in the queue, it locks so another reviewer can't review the same theme. However, currently there isn't a way to release the theme back into the queue. It remains locked in my name even after I close the window. We should have a way to release a theme back into the queue.

Hey Kevin, is there some way for us to release these locks manually? Like, a truncate on a db table or something?

We only lock themes for 20 minutes, right? Isn't the actual problem to solve here that themes (sometimes?) don't unlock after 20 minutes?
