Details

Via touch, maybe through taping on empty space. Via keyboard, maybe a key shortcut, like alt. See bug 831934.
The mockups actually show the labels as always visible, below the icon - they just didn't get implemented yet. So bug 867543 should take care of this. If we run into a vertical space issue and want to make these labels toggleable or a pref, we can file a new change bug at that time
