When I go to a site which has a DNS error(say, http://www.foo.bar), Mozilla does
not pop a dialog indicating the error but does the following:
1. If www.foo.bar is the first site visited, shows a blank page
2. If www.foo.bar is a subsequent page (say, due to a link from a page), Mozilla
stays on the current page without any error notification.
