Sync Now doesn't really have control over syncing. The sync service will make it's own decisions on when is best to sync, which is usually every 90 second. In some cases though it can set a much higher timeout (5 minutes in the case of an error due to partial sync). In cases like this, pressing Sync Now doesn't do anything, making the UI look broken. So I think we need to get rid of this button completely and move the Last Sync text line up, below the 'Account' info.
Rolling this in with the other scripting changes. My patch queue is getting out of control.
