2. Notice the homepage

There is a categories dropdown below the header
observed behavior:
The categories dropdown is missing in mobile view but shows up on desktop. See screenshot.

This will happen if the categories fail to load. If you see this again, show me your device so I can get the debug output for the categories request.
Caused by main element needing to be block.
