On build 20130426070204,
1. Swipe left to everything.me
2. Tap the "Everything..." text field. (Keyboard should pop up)
3. Long press the home button to trigger the app switcher.
Current result:
Keyboard overlaps app in the app switcher.
Expected result:
Keyboard should not be visible / overlapping.
This was found during a visual inspection during orangfuzz runs.

Added 'holdhome' in the list of closeKeyboardEvents of KeyboardManager so that the keyboard is hidden when the cards view is active.
