Details

Using HTC One X+ / HTC Desire HD default keyboard only the first letter is capitalized in the titlecase and autocapitalized fields.

str: in the titlecase field type foo bar baz
expected: Should appear as Foo Bar Baz

str: in the autocapitalized field type foo. bar baz.
expected: Should appear as Foo. Bar baz.

Is this a regression?
No. It is a new feature.

Hm have you checked earlier releases? IIRC we have supported input modes for quite a while on mobile.
inputmode is now behind a pref that is only enabled by default on Aurora and Nightly. Also, we are going to change the values we allow for this attribute. I wouldn't make that bug a priority for the moment.
23+ ship has sailed. Need to re-triage this.

This works fine using the stock keyboard on a Nexus 4, so I think this is a bug in the HTC keyboard (assuming it's still reproducible).
