The back button doesn't restore scroll correctly using both the back button in the page and the actual browser button.

Can fix this at the same time as bug 868249
1. Go to https://marketplace-altdev.allizom.org/category/books 2. Scroll down a bit 3. Click an app 4. Press the back button Expected behaviour: Scroll position on the previous page should be preserved. Actual behaviour: Scroll position is reset to the top.
