Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0
Build ID: 20130409194949
Steps to reproduce:
1. I open google.com in a tab
2. On the 2nd tab I start typing "go..", then google.com appears in the below drop-down list. The first result is the "Switch to tab" entry for google.com.
3. I then click on the [Down arrow] key once, and "Switch to tab: google.com" appears in the address bar. (I do this to avoid having to type the whole address)
4. I then went to the left most part of the address-bar and press [backspace] to remove the "Switch to tab:" label
Actual results:
5. But the label still remained there..
Expected results:
6. In a previous version, I could go to the left most part of the address-bar and press backspace to remove the "Switch to tab:" label, and then click on Enter to visit google.com But I notice this no longer works.

21.0 Beta,
after selecting the item from the drop-down, backspace does not remove the "Switch to tab:" label for me unless it edits the URL.
