In the page at https://webbroker1.tdwaterhouse.ca/, after users press the
"Login" button, the browser has no response
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://webbroker1.tdwaterhouse.ca/
2. key in the user name and password
3. Press the login button
Actual Results: Nothing happened.
Expected Results: Redirect to another page. Users can get the correct result
under Internet Explorer 5.5.
