Once we have a finished the new version of Test Pilot (bug 840108), we will need to integrate it into Firefox, much like we did before for the previous version of test pilot. http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/filelog/630974b4fa14/browser/app/profile/extensions/Makefile.in has some of the bugs from the previous time we did this.
Seeing as bug 840108 was wontfixed, and a completely new test pilot is out now, I believe this is no longer valid/won't fix
