2. Navigate to the details page for an app
3. Click on the 'Write a review' button

I saw this happen on desktop. This blocks the user from submitting reviews. SO it is higher than P4. See http://cl.ly/image/311L2r2X2u0I

Yeah, this does seem scary. Next time this happens let me know if there are any Network/404 errors for the SVG image.

This seems to happen almost exclusively on Unagis. If it happens again on a newer device, we'll talk about it.
