2. Set "Always show tabs" in options.
3. Put Firefox in snapped view.

Actual result: tab strip not displayed - empty space on top.

Ick, well always show tabs is not shipping in v1, so this should be going away entirely.

    
    

    
  
Yep. we're dropping the always show tabs option for v1 so we can exclude that from our testing.
