Steps to reproduce: 1. Submit a new Theme https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/theme/submit 2. Go to Edit Listing and Upload New Design images 3. Navigate to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/themes/queue/list/ 4. Click on the submitted theme. Observed behavior: In the "Theme Review" for the submitted theme, the original images are shown that the theme was submitted with. If we approve the theme, it will be approved with the new design images.

I think Lisa reopened an old one. It should be closed and we can use this one

Now the New Design images are displayed in Theme Review page, and after approval, the Header and Footer images are also changed with the new design images, but the Icon and preview images are not updated, and they still display the old design image (header). http://screencast.com/t/moqtjgeU

I think this is that Celery issue on -dev. Let's reopen this if it still fails on prod.
