I don't like the term |sendSystemMessage| in the shell.js. The behaviour is practically trying to notify the system app to open the app for catching the coming system message, instead of sending system message to it. This is confusing lots of people. We should rename it to something like |openAppForSystemMessage|. This is just a minor issue to correct the bad naming.
