You are strongly suggested to close apps error used in wrong context

We seem to be displaying a "Use are strongly urged to close all apps" message
when we in fact are responding to the situation that "the install will not
continue because a previous instance of mozilla is executing". I can't get rid
of the message until I exit the mozilla process I have running, so it must be
that.
The display of the dialog is kinda funky -- the installer main window goes
entirely blank, and the positioning of the alert is less than ideal, perhaps
those issues can be looked at at the same time but the basic idea of this bug is
the wording is not right.

CC'ing dagley who may be able to add some pointers since he is familiar with
this dialog.

This is the bug where we need more specific text telling the user they must quit
Netscape 6/Mozilla (not other apps).
As for dialog placement, it's a system generated dialog (we just provide the
text) so it's by definition in the right place.

Nominating. We missed the train on getting this wording changed twice already:
let's not miss it this time.
CC'ing rudman for better text for:
"It is strongly recommended that you quit all applications before running this
installer."
Although this string is appropriate for the welcome dialog we need a new and
different string for the dialog that tells users that we can't install if
mozilla/netscape is running.

Actualy only Netscape/Mozilla needs to be quit, not all other apps
There could be other distributions of Mozilla that would be affected---i.e., in
theory, we'd have to enumerate NS, Mozilla, and all other Mozilla-based browsers
as apps that needed to be shut down before installing a new version. And using a
phrase like "Mozilla-based browsers" won't be meaningful to many users. So, why
don't we tell users to quit all apps (we want them to for other reasons, anyhow).
Suggested text: "You must quit all applications before running this installer."
The text may not be consistent with the Welcome dialog (but can we still change
it there, too?), but that's something that perhaps we can live with. "Strongly
recommended" should be a powerful enough suggestion at the outset of installing.

Right now there is but one string that is used in both the welcome screen and the
alert. If we want to preserve the welcome screen text we're going to need to add
a new string specific to the alert that you must quit Netscape/Mozilla.

Yes, exactly. I want to add a new string.

Should we remove this one from blocking 110877, since 110877 is needed for
MachV, but this bug has been marked as nsbeta1-?

With build 2003010703 what happens if I try to install while mozilla is running,
is that a dialogue pops up:
A version of this product is currently running on your computer. In order to
continue with the installation, please switch to that application and exit it.
Then return to the installer, and press Continue. Or press Quit now to exit the
installer.
