I think problem is this page.
https://developer.mozilla.org/ja/docs/Web/Reference/Events$history
This page should generated by page move.
But, page was created newly.
(Maybe, this is not sheppy's edit. Sometimes, I saw behavior like this. Bug?)
Can you delete this page from database?

I think this is a page that was created with the intention.
But I think this operation is not necessary.
If other page have link to this URL, link text is red text, you can see that it has not been translated.
And, original document will be updated after copy.

The new page created for ja must be removed.
https://developer.mozilla.org/ja/docs/Web/Reference/Events
This page blocks to move the old page to new url.
Bug 824037 may blocks this bug.

(In reply to Masahiko Imanaka [:marsf] from comment #4)
See following pages:

If someone remove tagged page quickly, I will not report like this.

There is currently no way to delete pages due to an underlying issue. You'll have to wait, I'm afraid.

Any ETA here? I'd like to keep the URLs of my translations consistent with the original docs.

Deletion and moving both should be perfectly functional at this point. If you run into a specific problem with either, please file a bug detailing the problem.

Oh, now I can see the "Move this page" menu item. Thank you. BTW why INVALID? This has been fixed recently, right?

Looking at the admin panel, Kohei, it appears you do not have the page-move permission and are not part of any user group which has the page-move permission.
That would be why you're not seeing it; if you should have the permission or be in a group which has the permission, please file a separate bug for that, as the permission-based check for page move is working correctly.

I was able to use the menu after Bug 675842 was fixed. Why I need an extra permission?

Page moving is only allowed by users who have a specific permission to enable it, and for users who are in certain groups which have been granted that permission.
It is possible your permissions were changed, or that the permissions of a group you're in were changed. At any rate, this is not a bug in the implementation; if you feel you should have page-move permission, please file a separate bug for that.

Hmm.
Kohei, it looks like you do have two accounts, though under different email addresses. One of those accounts is in the Beta Testers group; the other isn't.
Can you check with both accounts to see if that changes whether you see it?

Yes, I have two accounts: Yoshino and Kohei. After MDN has introduced Persona, my email address (kohei.yoshino@gmail.com) has been associated with Yoshino and I no longer have access to Kohei. I forgot the email address used for Kohei.
