when I start Firefox I get a message that it can't restore tabs. i close all tabs when i close Firefox yet the message is still given every time I Launce firefox

Actual results: Upon re-launch, I receive a message that tab could not be restored. i must click on close to launch Firefox Expected results: Firefox should just launch with the homepage
