Details
Since we need to give the YouTube app a special "hardware decoder access" permission, which is normally rejected through the normal front-end. So we need to side-load the YouTube app once we have it in-hand. To be clear, we do not have the finished app just yet.

I'm confused by this bug. What are trying to get at? Get the app submitted to marketplace as a special case?

Jason: yes. This bug is the result of a conversation so short on details.

The youtube app is a privileged app, so I don't see which kind of side-loading it needs.

YouTube is out for 1.01, so we don't need to do this anymore. YouTube that is planned for 1.1 or later will follow the normal run of the mill hosted app review process.
