Will remove the legacy files when that redirect is in production.

It looks like this is in production, but not working. I think I missed a leading slash (works locally for me). Will update the PR.

The remaining Connect page files have been removed from SVN trunk in r116711. Re-opening until we get that commit pushed to stage/prod.
