The original payment stuff was written to sell stuff on AMO. That's two years ago and nothing has happened since. It's odd to have that be in amo.

We can also take a huge axe to all the things on AMO that are payments related. Upsell, purchases, watermarking and so on. None of that code is relevant any more.
