Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the testcase to see the effect.
2. The "extremely wide table" problem goes away either when:
a) ALT attribute of IMG tag is removed,
b) ALIGN attribute of IMG tag is removed, or
c) WIDTH attribute of HR tag is removed.

Appears to be fixed by latest patch in bug 87543 (attachment 41118 [details] [diff] [review]). Marking as
a dup.
